How can I get back my hotmail account that I accidentally deleted?

Yesterday I accidentally deleted my hotmail account knowing that I was just deleting the email to my PC's admin email. Now when I attempt to login to hotmail it says the email address does not exist and when I try to create one, it says someone else is already using it. What should I do to get my account back? Please help me.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, if you delete an alias that ends with @hotmail.com or Outlook.com, it means that you are permanently deleting the account forever.

    Microsoft does not recycle email addresses. So, you cannot create the same username after the email is deleted.

    The email address will not be available to anyone else in the future.

    I think I deleted my email address(alias) because when I try to log in, ıt says - We couldn't find an account with that  username. Enter a different username or get a new Microsoft account. When I try to get a new email account with the same  email address (alias) ıt says - This username is already taken. Try another name or use one of the available options. What should I do? Please help me.
