Unsubscribe email how to subscribe back

I was accidentally clicked the unsubscribe as per attached screenshot, although the particular service provider confirm that my email remain in subscription list, testing was done. I still didn't receive the said email. May I know what should I do, to recover the email that been accidentally unsubscribe

    It looks like you are using the Outlook on mobile interface.

    You can try using a PC and access the link again to view it. I suggest try reaching out to this third party to subscribe back. If they said you are already subscribed, try to unsubscribe and subscribe back to see if this will allow you to receive emails from them.

    Hi Ben, I facing the same problem as the above user. I remove it from unsubscribed list to block list then add back under safe sender domain. after a second, I go back to setting>Subscription> the email reappear under the unsubscribed list...

    Thanks a lots. I using PC then I can view the setting for those email been blocked. Problem solve. Thanks

    This was show under subscription, where I unable to check the email whether in list or not. Which might be due to current version I used is free version. Seem there is no other way to subscribe back.

    Hello! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not a Microsoft employee. Hope you are doing well!

    It looks like you are using the Outlook on the web. Can you try going to your Outlook settings? Specifically, go to the Subscriptions part to check if the email you unsubscribe to is still listed.

    You can try going to this link directly:

    https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/options/mail/br...

    If you cannot find it, try going to Settings > Mail > Subscriptions and find there the lists of emails you unsubscribed so you can subscribe back.

    In case you need to have this specific service to resend the email to you, you need to reach out to them and request to resend this email so you can receive it again if they confirmed that you are already subscribed with them.
