I think someone other than me is using my email I

I have received 20+ emails where someone tried to send messages that aren’t me In my email it says they weren’t delivered Thank you. But someone is doing this that isn’t me I have several that are in a different language And I got a text saying my email was being switched to an email address I don’t know. Can you help with this ? I was hacked last week on Facebook and have had some issues since then.

I don’t want to lose my email.

    Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting in the Microsoft Support Community.

    I realise that you have received over twenty emails from people trying to send messages that were not addressed to you. In your email it shows these messages as undelivered. This has made your mailbox confusing. You also received a message that your email was being switched to an email address you did not know. I am completely in your shoes and understand how you feel and I will do everything I can to help you.

    The following suggestions may require patience and care on your part, but will go a long way towards improving the security of your account.

    You can check if someone has changed your email forwarding settings and rules.

    1. Sign in to Outlook
    2. Click thegear icon in the top right corner to enter your email preferences.
    3. Go toEmail > forwarding and check if forwarding is turned on.
    4. Go to Mail > Rules and make sure that forwarding rules are configured. Check if [Action] includesforwarding or redirecting to an email address.

    I'm sure it can't be a rule you set yourself, so disable it and delete any email addresses you don't recognize.

    If your Webmail settings aren't the problem, it's possible that some external applications are managing your emails.

    For the account (email address) being changed, I surmise that maybe the hacker added his email address as an alias for your account. If you are now able to log into your account successfully, please follow the steps below to check:

    1. Sign in to your account
    2. Then click on Your Information on the left and then Edit Account Information on the right side of the screen that opens.
    3. On this screen, you can check for hacked (or unknown to you) email addresses, and if there are any, remove them. and add an alias for your account as a new login name. It is recommended that you create an alias with the extension @outlook.com.
    4. Then, you need to click [Set as primary alias] to the right of the new alias to make it the primary alias. After that, click the [Change Login Privileges] button at the bottom and remove the tick in front of the original account name.

    This will prevent you from logging in, as well as for those trying to hack into your account. Please note that you will not be able to log in with your original account name in this case.

    Please note that you are only revoking the login privileges of the original account. Do not delete the original account alias! After deleting an alias in a Microsoft domain, you will not be able to recover it.

    Please remember the account name you changed. In addition, we have tested that you can still send and receive emails using this account name, and the sender can use your account name as the recipient of the email, and the email functionality will not be affected.

    Once you've done that, you can try the following to improve the security of your account:

    1. Log in to your Microsoft account (Sign in to your account), type Security, click Change Password, and change your password to a strong one.
    2. Under Security, click Manage Login Options and try adding more than two alternative messages.
    3. Under Security, click Manage Login Options, scroll down to find Logout All Locations and click it. The system will log off the account from all locations within 24 hours. After you change your password, no one else will be able to log in to your account again.
    4. On the Accounts page, click Devices and delete all unknown devices.
    5. Download Secure Authenticator on your mobile phone and add your account. Then, under ‘Manage Login Options’ above, turn on Dual Authentication. After this, you will need to log into your account using the Passcode Forms + Verification method.
