    >> BitDefender is used for all devices and all processes.

Disable any email scanning, both in the Bitdefender app and also check Outlook's file > options > add-ins and if there is a Bitdefender add-in, disable it.

It's usually only in Outlook, often because the HTML is corrupt. But that would normally only be in one or two messages now and again, not every HTML message.

What do you use for antivirus? If not Defender, make sure it is not scanning email, either for spam or virus scanning.

Hi, I'm Diane and I'm happy to help you today.

Are the messages in the inbox? They will look like that in the junk email folder.

Are all HTML displaying like that or just some? If all, check your settings in File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > email security page. Is Read all mail in plain text enabled?

Let me know how it goes, I'm here to help you further if needed.

What are you using for antivirus?

Which version and build of Outlook are you using? See File, Office Account for the information in classic Outlook. Do you have all updates installed?
