Donde puedo descargar el certificado de Mos

Hola buenas tardes me gustaría saber como puedo descargar mi certificado de MOS, al intentar ingresar con mi usuario me aparece inexsistente.
Su ID de certificación de Microsoft es: 17486823
Su código de acceso temporal es: EA5B91FB-0CCF-45E9-BE76-C53B63B7ACE7

tengo un correo con esos datos, no ingrese a la plataforma antes de los 90 días que puedo hacer al respecto ?
