We have the same need. the control of user In a queue needs to be more granular than an entire team. we do not want to have a huge proliferation of teams just to have different memberships.
for example we may have a team for a department. That department may have call queues for let's say accounting, accounts payable, customer service. We want one team for the department and we want to separate the sub departments for users calls and voicemail
