Hello Microsoft Support Team,

My name is [Dania Naeem alamassi ], and I am writing because I have been unable to regain access to my Hotmail account ___@___.___ despite multiple recovery attempts. This account contains critical academic and personal information tied to my ongoing master’s studies.

Details of my situation:

• Account to recover:___@___.___

• Secondary contact email:___@___.___

• Last known passwords (approximate):

• *Information deleted for privacy protection*

• *Information deleted for privacy protection*

• Date the account was created (approximate): 2016

• Primary devices used: iPhone

• Location when I opened the account:

• Current location: Cairo, Egypt

• Services linked to this account:

• University email registrations

• Facebook and Instagram logins

• National academic portals

• Attempts made: I have filled out the recovery form twice; both requests were denied with no further guidance.

Because I have changed my phone number and no longer have access to the originally registered phone or alternate email, I cannot receive verification codes. I respectfully request that a Microsoft agent manually review my recovery case and provide an alternative way to verify my identity.

Please let me know if you need any additional information—eye‐witness details, transaction IDs, or any other data—to prove ownership. I appreciate your urgent assistance, as this account contains time-sensitive academic records.

Thank you for your help and understanding.

Best regards,

[Dania Amassi ]

[ Secondary Email: ___@___.___

    Dear Dania Derma,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue of not being able to access your Hotmail account. To assist you in resolving this matter, please follow the detailed instructions below:

Step 1: Fill Out the Microsoft Account Recovery Form

    • Visit: https://account.live.com/acsr
    • Enter the email address you want to recover.
    • Provide a current email address where Microsoft can contact you.
    • Answer the verification questions (e.g., old passwords, linked services, devices used, etc.).

Tip: The more accurate information you provide, the higher the chance of successful recovery.

Step 2: If You Cannot Receive Verification Codes

If you no longer have access to your registered phone number or alternate email:

    • Clearly state this in the recovery form.
    • Request a manual review of your case by Microsoft support.
    • Emphasize that the account contains important academic or personal information and requires urgent assistance.

Step 3: Contact Microsoft Support Directly

If the recovery form is unsuccessful, you can contact Microsoft support directly:
    https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    There, you can:

    • Select “Account & sign-in issues.”
    • Choose “I can’t sign in.”
    • Select a contact method: live chat or request a call back.

Alternatively, you can try setting up a new trial tenant and submit a support request as follows:

    1. Visit the Microsoft 365 Enterprise Plans page: Go to Compare Office 365 Enterprise Pricing and Plans | Microsoft 365.
    2. Choose a plan and start a free trial:
      1. Select any available plan (e.g., E3 or E5).
      2. Then, click the “Try for free” or “Start free trial” button to begin the setup process.
      3. This is an important step to create a new, temporary Microsoft 365 environment that allows you to contact Microsoft support.
    3. Follow the guided setup: Complete the steps to create a new Microsoft account and a new tenant. This tenant will be completely separate from your locked one.
    4. Access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Once the new tenant is created, go to https://admin.microsoft.com/.
    5. Go to Support: In the left-hand menu, select “Support” → “Help & support.”
    6. Raise a support ticket:
      1. Describe your issue in detail.
      2. Clearly state that you are locked out of a different Microsoft 365 tenant where you are the administrator.
      3. Provide the following information:
        1. The admin email address of the locked tenant.
        2. The domain name of the locked tenant.
        3. Any error messages you are receiving.
        4. Details about the authentication issues.
        5. Confirmation that you are the administrator of the locked tenant.
    7. Submit your request: Follow the prompts to submit your support ticket. You will receive a ticket number for tracking.

    Important Notes:

    • The new trial tenant does not give you access to any data or settings from your original tenant. It is only a temporary way to contact Microsoft support.
    • Microsoft may ask you to verify your identity and admin rights for the locked tenant.
    • Resolution time may be longer since you are contacting support from a different tenant.
    • Don’t forget to cancel the trial subscription once your issue is resolved to avoid any charges. You can do this in the Admin Center under “Billing” → “Your products.”

If you have any updates regarding the issue or any further questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.

Thank you for your time and cooperation. We look forward to assisting you further

    Best regards,
