How to restore the Agenda Pane

Hello,

Since this morning the agenda pane has disappeared on Outlook. It used to be next to the calendar. But now I have to click on a tiny icon on the bottom right to make it appears, but temporarily as a pop up. I can also click on the "My Day" icon, but here, it's a pop-up that appears on the top of the rest, masking part of the calendar (and not limited to the calendar).

So, how to bring back the agenda pane permanently side-to-side to the calendar? If it's an update, it's a really bad update!

    Hello,

thank you for the answer. Yes I'm using an account created by my university. For the version, since they are all called "Outlook", I'm not sure (it's not the one called "Outlook (classic)".

Here is the view of the calendar. If I want to open the agenda pane, it's now on the tiny button on the bottom right. If I click on it, the agenda pane appears over the calendar, not side-to-side, and disappears if we click outside it

So, how to put it back like before? Like on this screenshot I found on internet:

    Thanks in advance
    Siméon

    Dear Siméon_TUS,

Good day to you and thanks for your post in Microsoft Community. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered.

Thank you for your provided information.

I also checked the issue in my side, but I still could not reproduce your issue. I see that you said the big screen, so how big is it?

In my view, the issue relates to scale of screen and maybe it is a bug of Outlook. But to confirm, would you mind scale the screen smallest as it can and check if the issue happens or not. Because my screen is not big enough so I think it is the root cause I can reproduce it.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for the unpleasant experience. I look forward to your information and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me - I’ll be happy to assist you. Wishing you a wonderful day.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Thanks for the replys. Here are the version information numbers:
    Microsoft Outlook Version: 1.2025.617.100 (Production)

    Client Version: 20250620014.12

    WebView2 Version: 137.0.3296.93

When I checked on the web version I found the problem: the agenda pane is only appearing permanently on my big screen, on my small screen, on both (web and app) it is displayed as shown in the screenshot.

Before it was not the case, even on my laptop screen it was display. So, how to go back to the previous behaviour?

This is the Outlook app on my monitor
