If I get you correctly you are unable Gmail account to your Outlook app, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
If you are trying to add your Outlook or Microsoft account to Gmail:
- Go to Gmail Settings > Accounts and Import > Check mail from other accounts.
- Click Add a mail account.
- Enter your email address and follow the prompts.
- If it fails, make sure:
- You have enabled IMAP in your Outlook account settings.
- You are using the correct app password if you have two-factor authentication enabled.
For Outlook App:
- Open the Outlook app.
- Go to Settings > Add Account.
- Enter your email and password.
- If it fails:
- Try removing and re-adding the account.
- Make sure your device’s date/time is correct.
- Restart the app or reinstall it.
