Using Outlook for iOS in business environments for email and scheduling

I’ll be happy to help you investigate why Facebook emails aren’t arriving in your Hotmail/Outlook inbox. To begin, could you please provide the following information?
- Delivery Scope
- Have you ever received Facebook-generated emails at this address in the past?
- If so, if you change one of the Outlook.com/hotmail.com accounts, can you accept verification codes? Usually, verification codes cannot be accepted into two factors, they are intercepted/Facebook does not send them, etc.
- Folders & Filters
- Have you checked Junk Email, Clutter/Other (under Focused Inbox), and any custom folders or rules that might be diverting or deleting messages?
- Do you have any mail-flow rules or filters that move or block messages from
facebookmail.comorfacebook.com?
- Third-Party Clients & Forwarding
- Do you have any email forwarding configured (for example, forwarding to another address)?
- Are you using any third-party security/firewall or spam-filtering services in front of your mailbox?
