how to integrate teams into new outlook?

there is no MS teams option in the new outlook. The app tab on the navigation bar is empty with no way to manage or add add-ins, please help?

    Thank you for reaching out! We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your patience while we provide clarification on this issue.

    At this time, Microsoft Teams cannot be integrated in New Outlook, as Teams beyond its built-in functionalities. Microsoft is continuously working on enhancements and feature rollouts, but as of now, the ability to manually integrate Teams is not available in the New Outlook.

    Since you have raised concerns, I would love to understand your specific needs. If you are facing difficulties installing the add-in or accessing its features, you can tell me, and I can provide additional troubleshooting steps and alternative solutions for you.

    Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you've encountered. Could you please provide more information so I can better understand your issue?  

    I’ve reviewed your case in my system and see that the Teams Meeting and Scheduling Assistant features are enabled in both Outlook Web & Desktop App

    To help us further investigate, could you please let us know whether you’re using Outlook on the web (browser) or the Outlook desktop application? Please checking version of the Outlook by link: What version of Outlook do I have? - Microsoft Support 

    The available features can vary slightly depending on which version you are using. 

    In the meantime, we recommend the following: 

    • Click the three dots (…) in the new event window to look for missing options.
    • Check Outlook Web Calendar Settings > Events and Invitations > Enable Teams.
    • Verify your Microsoft 365 license and mailbox type.
    • Use another browser or incognito mode.

    Thanks for sharing - those options don't match what is available on my screen, there is no "scheduling assistant' and no 'Teams meeting toggle' even though I have the full Office 365 subscription. Please see screenshot...

    Okay - so there is no way to schedule a virtual call through the new outlook app?

    That is not very good for business users...
