Filling out account recovery form

Howdy

I'm filling out the account recovery form and in the Xbox section it asks for the Xbox live device ID.

Which one is it asking for serial number, console ID, OS version, Shell version, Xbox network device ID or global device ID

    The form is most likely asking for the Xbox Live Device ID, which is specifically labeled that way in your Xbox settings. You can find it by going to Settings > System > Console info.

    On the form, you should use your current Xbox account name, even if it was changed last year. Microsoft will recognize the updated name as part of your account history.

    Last question, I changed my Xbox account name last year, in the form do I use the original or the new one?

    Yes, the exact one you should use is the Xbox network device ID. That’s the same as the Xbox Live Device ID the recovery form is asking for.

    I checked my console info and the following information came up:
    Console ID
    OS version
    Shell version
    Xbox network device ID
    Global device ID

    are you saying its the 'Xbox network device ID' or the console ID

    I have ADHD and autism so i need to be told the exact one to pick.
