How to Use Emojis in Outlook:
- Use the Windows emoji shortcut
While composing an email, press: Windows key + . (period)
→ This opens the emoji picker instantly.
- Ensure you're using HTML format
Go to File > Options > Mail
→ Under “Compose messages,” make sure the format is set to HTML.
Emojis may not display properly in Plain Text mode.
- Update Windows and Outlook
Some emojis require newer Unicode support. Make sure your system is up to date.
