HP T530 RDS issue - protocol security negociation or connection failure

Hello,

We are facing an issue with the RDP connection on HP T530 (whereas it is working fine with older models of HP thin PCs).

The error is: protocol security negociation or connection failure.

On server side, we have an error indicating we have to modify the security layer of the server in order to get SSL mandatory.

We added the following registry key on one of the hosts but it didn't solve the problem:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations

Key: fEnableRemoteFXAdvancedRemoteApp

Value: 0

Any idea? Is the problem on client or server side?
