How do I combine Focused and Other on my cell phone

The help I found is community is from 2016 and says go to settings top left in Outlook. I don't have that option.

    Dear Mickey OB

    Welcome to Microsoft Community. 

    We understand that you want to merge the focus of your inbox with others within Outlook on your phone.

    Then you just have to turn it off in the settings.

    Turn Focused inbox on or off

    1. From the message list, swipe left or tap Home or your user icon to reveal the menu, and then select Settings > Mail.
    2. Set the Focused Inbox toggle to on or off.
