I understand you are unable to sign into your Hotmail account, I totally understand how you feel about this and sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you must have experienced on this. Firstly, I would like to know the error message you are getting when you tried to sign into the account.
However, if you are getting the error message that the password is incorrect, you will need to reset the password. To reset the password, on the login page, click on forgot password to reset the password.
Alternatively, you can also try accessing the sign-in helper through this link: Contact - Microsoft Support to regain access to the account.
