That's a HUGE design flaw!
How to Export a Contact List from Outlook 365
Please explain how to export a specific Contact List from the online version of Outlook 365.
Using the "Manage Contacts" and choosing "Export Contacts" DOES NOT export contact lists. It ONLY exports any contacts that are in "Your Contacts".
This is useless because our contacts are not stored in "Your Contacts" they are only stored in specific Contact Lists.
Please explain how to export Contact Lists.

Yes, this is very much needed, especially when on-boarding new staff so they have quick access to the right groupings.

Good day and thanks for posting in Microsoft community.
The challenge you are facing lies in the limitations of the default "Export Contacts" functionality in Outlook 365. The "Export Contacts" option is designed to export contacts stored in your general contacts list, rather than contacts organized into specific groups or lists. When you manually add contacts to specific lists, those lists are treated as "collections" within Outlook, but they are not designed to be exported directly through the built-in export functionality.
