Use of Outlook in China

I am travelling to china and want to use my outlook email. On a previous visit, microsoft complained about access from China. How can I fix it before I go

    Hello,

    You would need to be on the look out for an email from Microsoft telling you unusual activities detected for example, then in the email you should have the option to indicate that it is you.

    Before you travel, also make sure you have good security contact information so you don't get locked out because you can't confirm the activities are yours.

    Go to your account https://account.live.com > Security > Manage how I sign in. Review the list here, make sure they are current. I always recommend leaving at the very least TWO contact methods just in case.
