I had the same experience and then got as call from my bank asking about it. I was worried it might be a scam and am more worried now.
I received an e-mail indicating that my secure cloud storage is full and I need to buy more storage or my account will be locked up. Is this a scam?

2025-07-17T10:30:09+00:00 Hello,
I keep getting a heading on my email page saying that my storage is almost full and that I have to pay for new storage.
I'm having problems sending emails and can't send attachments.
I've deleted all emails with attachments, but it still says that my storage is the same.
If this is a real Outlook message and not a scam how do I manage my storage, please?
I can't afford to pay the money asked as I'm not currently working.
Thanks
David Craig
