    Hi Manoj Agrawal1,

    Thank you for your Reply.

Either they may have set your email account as blocked or their work policy is set to not receive your email.

This happens because the email that you are trying to send to might be a work email which is an email that is configured to have a settings.

They will be the ones who can remove the block from your email and by then you can send emails to them. You can ask them to fill out this information as well : New support request

Let me know how it goes,

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

As it is me sending the email, how can I change the setting for receiver by blocking or unblocking? The problem is that I cannot send emails to specific domain where others can and I always get DNS resolution error.

    /Manoj

    Hi Manoj Agrawal1,

    Thank you for Reply.

If the issue still persists in the other devices.

You may need to take a look at the blocked senders Block or unblock senders in Outlook - Microsoft Support

Also note that whenever you send an email to a work email you may received an error message as sometimes some work emails is configure not to receive an personal email.

    Hello,

I am using windows 11 and private account (web) on my work computer. I have tried sending this email using other devices earlier and both home and work network. Computer does have anti virus installed from work and disabling it wouldn't be nice, I have anyway tried sending this email from other devices that don't have anti virus installed.

Thank you for Posting in Microsoft Community

I understand that you need help with Sending email Lets work together to get this sorted out

Is your pc running windows 10 or 11?

Is the email recipient that you are trying to send an email is a work email?

Have you checked if there is a vpn or Anti-Virus installed in the pc? Try to disable them and try to send email again.

    I Hope it works,
