To resend an email:
If you simply want to resend a message (e.g., with corrections or updates), you can do so easily:
- Go to your Sent Items.
- Open the message you want to resend.
- Click Message > Actions > Resend This Message.
- Make any changes, then click Send.

To Recall an Email:
You can try recalling an email if:
- Both you and the recipient are using Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft 365 within the same organization.
- The recipient has not yet opened the email.
- The email was not sent to an external address (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo).
Steps to Recall an Email in Outlook (Desktop App):
- Go to your Sent Items folder.
- Double-click to open the email you want to recall.
- Click on the "Message" tab in the ribbon.
- Select "Actions" > "Recall This Message..."
- Choose one of the following:
- Delete unread copies of this message
- Delete unread copies and replace with a new message
- Click OK.
