Can't find the Gear Icon (top right) to access Settings and check my Rules

My junk mail recently started receiving emails from the postmaster@outlook address telling me emails I'm receiving in my inbox and failing to be forwarded to an unknown email address. From my research, I understand my emails were hacked and there may be some forwarding rules added to my account which I need ro remove.

However, I can't view where to do this in my email account as per the instructions from other users on this forum as I have no 'Gear' icon in my outlook account. Here are screenshots of the settings I have a essential to.

I have tried signing in to my account using the Outlook app and through my Chrome browser.

Thanks

    Dear BH1992,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I understand that you cannot find the gear icon in Outlook.com to delete the forwarding rules.

I am happy to help you. To find the gear icon, you need to use a PC browser to enter the page https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/ ****  and you can see the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page.

This is due to the limitations of mobile browser, the default is to display the mobile version of the web page, so some features have been simplified, and you need to enter the PC browser to see the web page with complete functions.

I hope my reply can be helpful to you.

    Best Regards,
