Do you mean you cannot login in Lync client normally?
Could you provide screenshot about your error messages in your client?
Have you integrated your Lync on-premise server with Exchange Online successfully?
In this case, we recommend you use ctrl+RIGHT click your Lync client icon and check your “Confguration information” to see if the EWS status is OK. If the status is not normal, please check if you have configured Shared SIP Address space for both Lync Serve and Exchange online service.
