I have multiple clients that no longer can see the My Templates option when drafting new emails in Outlook. It appears to be visible in OWA but not on the local program. Please advise.

    Hi all,

This issue is related to Message Center post MC1094117. If you log into the M365 Admin Center and read the text of this post it will explain how to re-enable the functionality.

The issue in this thread is also related, Teams missing GIF option in messaging | Microsoft Community Hub.

Not sure why you keep referring to the Classic Exchange Admin Center, hasn't that been phased out a while ago?

I've not seen it for quite some time, so getting in there to look for the My Templates isn't feasable.

Under the main Admin Center and Integrated Apps, there is no "My Templates" on the store anywhere either.

Somethings definitely broken and not sure it has anything to do with the store or addins.

I've got the same issue over clients I manage.

Something else is broken with Outlook Classic.

Really needs to be fixed ASAP as these templates are critical to peoples workflows.

Thank you for the suggestions, Chris, but I do not see My Templates in COM Add-ins nor in Disabled Items. I created a new mail profile as suggested, but that did not any different result.

This is occurring for my entire agency > 2000 users. We use the Microsoft 365 GCC G5 license. My current version of Classic Outlook is Version 2408 Build 17928.20538 Click to Run.

I am the IT Admin. Quick repair and Online repair did not correct the issue.
