I tried your suggestions and none of them have worked. This is very frustrating, it's such a basic feature. Outlook doesn't even do automatic folder by alphabetical order. If I could swap email organisations easily I would, it's just not good enough for a Microsoft product.
Hi, thanks for the advice. The URL is outlook.live.com
Hello GOJO64OZ,
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
I understand that you are unable to display the emails you replied to in the conversation.
I noticed that your environment seems to be in a company. When you access Outlook on the web, does the URL show outlook.live.com or outlook.office.com?
Please provide a screenshot of your conversation settings. The conversation option should be set to 'Group into conversations'.
In the meantime, it sounds like you’re experiencing a common issue with Outlook on the Web (OWA). Here are some steps you can try to ensure your replies are visible within the conversation thread:
Enable Conversation View:
Expand Conversations:
Adjust Conversation Settings:
These steps should help you see your replies directly within the conversation thread, making it easier to follow the email chain without having to search your Sent Items.
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, it might be worth reaching out to your IT department for further assistance, as there could be organization-specific settings affecting this behavior.
I hope this helps let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions .
