Good Day,

I am in desperate need of assistance. Microsoft account: ***@hotmail.com

My account has been banned since last year October 2024 - I think as this is when I noticed

Before that every time I logged in, I was forced to reset my password - This makes my believe that I was hacked somehow (note this is just a speculation)

Since my account has been blocked/ locked/ banned - I don't know anymore

I have done the following already and get the same answer every time! I have also responded to the case email trying to plead my case and no response.

  1. CDOC Case Management Log
    • Answer I receive every time is: SIR20677385 (Kindly note I DO NOT remember the last time I used Skype - was before MS Teams launched also this is the last case number I submitted)

Policy violated:  Abuse of our Platform and Services

Microsoft system used: Skype

Date of appeal: 2025-02-05 08:28:33

Appeal results: Violation confirmed (Decision upheld)

  1. Then I tried Password recovery (Code sent to my alternative email address or telephone number) I tried both
    • The fault I receive here is:
"There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."
  2. Then I have tried chatting to support personnel:
    • They referred me back to logging a CDOC Fault - they did try and assist me as much as possible and was very kind, but nothing happened
  3. **Then I have tried the Microsoft Account Sign-in Helper (**Contact - Microsoft Support) Choose how you normally sign in, then enter your details. With an email address

Checking...

Why do you Microsoft people do not ever read your feedback? What we put on the game. I think it's. Disrespectful and disgraceful, but you are not. Reading the feedback or sending us? I think back. To ask us what else do you can do with anything on this games to help people. What are being? Wait. And people using mods. And you are not doing anything about it. I have many of times I put thousands of. Feedback complaint in telling you what is wrong with. All the games on here. And it seems like you have done nothing about it. I am not happy at all and I will. Want to talk to a hierarchy management? Because I think. Your attitude to this is disgraceful and. Very respectful for people who pay to come on this Xbox to play. Aims. And what we're paying for it and I think and you do not help anybody. All you care about is yourself, them, the money.

And if you don't? Restate my profile. And remove all my complaint against my profile. You will be hearing from my legal team. Because this is against my human rights. And. I have to pour it to the other authorities as well. You are 24 hours to comply to this e-mail.

    Dear user

Thank you for reaching out here in the Microsoft Answers Community.

I understand that you've been locked out of your Microsoft account and have tried many recovery options without success. This is definitely frustrating, especially with the "Violation confirmed" message associated with Skype, which you rarely use.

I can see that you have tried a lot to get your account back, I can also see that you have filled in the recovery form, thank you for your efforts. But you said that your account was suspended due to a breach of the terms of service, so in some cases your account may not be recoverable. In your case, I still recommended that you contact Online Support for help and take their word for it.

I know that this account is important to you and I would really like to get it back for you if I could, but we moderators here at the Forums do not have the tools or authority to do anything about your account or know what is going on with your account. I suggest you contact our Online Support for help, it's our job to direct you to the right place for help, please understand.

Go to this site: Contact - Microsoft Support

    1. Enter MSA as your question, click Get Help, and then click "Sign in to contact support" at the bottom of the page.

2.Sign in to your any personal Microsoft account**, you may need to create a new account to make a contact with them. School and corporate account will not work.**

    1. Under Products and services, select "Other Products".
    2. Under Category, select "Manage Account Security" and click Confirm.
    3. Click on "Chat with a support agent in your browser".

Don't forget to contact online support during business hours based on local timefor the best support experience. Online support is not open 24/7.

I sincerely wish you and your account all the best. Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated.

    Best Regards
