Zenitsu, I have been on customer support twice for over two hours and had them tell me both times I would receive a call back which I have not. I have tried calling the number online and am referred to the online chat and then hung up on. It's not just that I'm not receiving emails, it's also that it says my account doesn't exist when I try to log in, I cannot recover it because it repeatedly says it doesn't exist. Beyond frustrated
Did Outlook Just take over hotmail???
I can't receive any emails from my hotmail account as of Friday?? Has this happened to others? I read online that hotmail has become outlook.... but Is there not way to have our hotmail account (that Ive had for 15 years) be forwarded to my unasked for new emaiL?

I completely understand your concern regarding your Hotmail account, and I would like to inform you that Outlook and Hotmail are both owned by Microsoft and even though the Outlook is now the default web mail or app but still you will be able to access your Hotmail account with the same Outlook web or app.
