Is there a way for an outlook resource mailbox to send a follow up email?

Context:

We would like for conference rooms (outlook resources) to send a follow up email after a meeting containing a survey.

The survey aspect is easy enough, it's just automating the process for the resource that we are stumped with.

Is this possible?

As @Dillon Silzer said, Outlook can not implement your needs by itself, but you could do it in other ways, such as using Power Automate.
You could also post your requirements to feedback so that Microsoft can improve the products：

Hi @Tanner Thompson

A similar question was asked on Power Automate forums (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Sending-an-email-after-Meeting/td-p/1212248) and they used Power Automate to accomplish the task.

I believe that you might need to login to the resource account and complete the Power Automate flow (so that the e-mail sends out from that account and not yours).
