A similar question was asked on Power Automate forums (https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Sending-an-email-after-Meeting/td-p/1212248) and they used Power Automate to accomplish the task.
I believe that you might need to login to the resource account and complete the Power Automate flow (so that the e-mail sends out from that account and not yours).
