Printing....extra page with unwanted or needed info

Ok this might sound strange but I cannot figure out how to change this. Every time I print something from any office 2007 program I get and extra page that has stuff like filename:, directory: template, title, subject, and it goes on. I cannot figure out how to get rid of this. It affects me being able to print multiple pages. Can someone please help me make this extra page go away.

Thank you in advance

Melissa

Click on the Office Button and then on Word Options and then on Display and in the Printing options section of the dialog, uncheck the box for "Print document properties".

In addition to doing this for Word, you may also need to do the same thing for the other Office applications.

My HP 5520 printer is printing an unwanted page with document properties (Filename, etc.) after each print job. I have a MacAir OX X 10.9.5. Also, in Word, the “Document Properties” box is unchecked.

    Thanks
