change size of page from A3 to A4

I have made a Publisher poster on an A3 size paper which prints from my HP Phoyosmart as a tiled poster...4 pages. I also need to print the poster on A4 paper, but i can't reduce the scale of the poster to fit the A4 paper. Can anyone help me please?

    The easiest way would be to convert the Publication to a PDF. You would have the option to print to a different scale. There is a Save as PDF add-in from Microsoft here:

    You might try opening an A4 publication, copy/paste the objects from your poster. Lots of adjusting involved. This would be the only way you could retain the editing option.
