I know this question is pretty old, but since it's among the top search hits, I'll append my answer for anyone who comes across it in future searches, should the email signature response fail to 'pan out'.
I just had this come across my desk this morning. With some contextual information from the end user, the file in question was opened using Print Shop 22.
