    If you have an ISO image of a CD or DVD, download and install a CD/DVD emulator that will mount ISO images as disks, like DaemonTools (http://www.daemon-tools.cc/eng/downloads) or Alcohol 52% (http://www.free-downloads.net/programs/Alcohol_52__Free_Edition), mount the ISO and install.
