I want to print out my power point presentation so that people can take notes. I want to set up the page so that the note lines are BESIDE each slide. In the Office 2007 version I'm using, I've only been able to see an option where the note lines would be UNDER the slide. Thanks

    PowerPoint 2007

    Take the following actions:-

    1. Ctrl-P to launch the Print pop up window.
    2. In the Handouts section change the Slides per page: setting to 3.
    3. Now click on the Preview button in the lower left hand corner. You will see that notes lines appear on the right hand side as you want them.

    Print as you require.

    Method 1:-

To print handouts with note lines besides each slide you can change the printer properties to print handouts with notes.

    1.     Click Office button > Print

    2.     Under the printer properties

    3.     Select handouts under print what

    4.     Select slides per page as 3 under handouts

    5.     Now print the handouts in a letter size page
