Append two ppt files into one.

I am trying to combine/append/concatenate 2 files into 1 for expediency when showing. For example: A contains 15 slides and B contains 25 slides. I want to append them so that I have C which contains all 40 slides.

I have done a copy and paste into a new ppt file (C) but B loses some of its formatting when I do this.

Any suggestions or advice?

Instead of Copy-Paste, try Inserting slides through Reuse Slides option. In PowerPoint 2007. On theHome tab, click New Slide dropdown arrow, clickReuse Slides... item, click Open a PowerPoint File link, locate and select your presentation A and add all slides from it. Repeat this process for presentation B. See if it helps in maintaining the formatting.

    To add to Chirag's suggestion, I'd make a copy of A ... that's your new Presenation C.

Then use the method Chirag explained to bring the slides from B into it.
