Date is displaying as code {Time\@ "d MMMM yyyy"} in PDF

I had the current date inserted in a letter template and it switched to just displaying the code for the current date {Time@ "d MMMM yyyy"}.  I toggled it back using alt-F9 and now it display OK in the word doc but whenever I make a PDF it reverts back to the code (same for all automatically updated inserts).  How do I fix this?

Found the answer to my own question:

Go to File / Print / Options

"Include with Document":

Clear the "Field Codes" check box

OK / Close
