installation error for office 2010 Home and Student

Received the following error message: 

Error 1723.  There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package.  A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run.  Contact your support personnel or package vendor.  Error 1101.  Error reading from file: \Config.Msi\aa0f13.rbs.  Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.  Error 1712. One or more files required to restore your computer to its previous state could not be found.  Restoration will not be possible.  Set up failed.

I checked and retyped the Product Key several times. Made sure that the keys were correct but still received the same error.

    If you run the set-up as administrator (Right click on it and choose

    run as administrator). Does that help?
