Original Title: MSPVIEW.EXE - System Error
I installed Office Enterprise 2007. The primary apps (XL, Word, etc..) all start OK. MS Office Document Imaging fails with the following message:
"The program can't start becasue MSPCORE.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".
I have run "repair" from Control Panel with no luck. I un-installed and re-installed, again with no luck. I re-installed using custom setting and selected evry app availalbe in the MS Office Tools section. No luck. I searched the installation disc for this DLL and can not find it. I use this tool to create TIF/MDI print files. Anyone had a similar experience ? I had run all Office products OK on my old XP box. I'm trying to install on to the new Windows 7 (64-bit) box.

TO all of you who are in the same boat as me, let me put you out of your misery. I have found out that Windows will NOT install MODI writer on 64-bit systems. End of story. My solution was to get a freeware PDF writer.
THank you and goodnight.
To verify if the SP2 for Office 2007 is installed, try the following:
1. Open Word / Excel application
2. Click on the Office button > Word / Excel Options
3. Resources tab> About Microsoft Office
4. If SP2 is already listed you don’t have to install it again
5. If not install SP2 for Office 2007 and perform Run all from Computer for Microsoft Office 2007 using Control Panel > Program and Features > Microsoft Office 2007 > Change > Add / Remove Features

Thanks for the response. Control Panel tells me I have SP2 installed already. Should I un-install , donwload fresh copy and re-install ?
