Hi guys,

i would like to use the Intune prep tool to convert the Scratch Desktop program. Unfortunately I always get the error message:

ERROR: The setup file you specified cannot be accessed.

The program was downloaded directly and tried to convert. It is not in use elsewhere nor is it being accessed. I could convert all other programs without problems.

Does anyone have an idea?

Regards Martin

@Martin Schwabe , Based on my testing, I find the same issue when convert the exe directly. After investigating in this. I find the issue is that the setup exe file contains spaces. After changing the setup name. I find it is working. Here is the test on my side for your reference:

Hope it can help.

@Martin Schwabe , For your issue, you can try it on other machine. If it is the same issue, I think the issue is on the app side. Where you download the app?
