Scrap Object File

Hi,

I am unable to open a file which has .shs extension. It happened to me after I install Kaspersky antivirus. Its very important file which I dont want loose. Please help me out as soon as possible.

    First open Excel and then drag & drop the file in.

    Which application do you use to open the scrap object file ( Word or Excel )?

    If you are still unable to drag and drop the file into Office application after installing an antivirus, try to open in clean boot and check if same issue persists

    To start windows in clean boot refer the link below:

    Note: In clean boot mode all the third party applications (Including your security software) will be disabled. Starting your computer without security software may put your computer at risk.

    After you have finished troubleshooting in clean boot,ensure you restart the computer in normal mode.
