I am creating a drop-down list under the the data validity window, and I want the drop down arrows to be visible for all of the cells that use the drop-down lists. How can I make that happen?

Depending on exactly what you are trying to accomplish, if you are just trying to make it obvious which cells have the DropDown feature, you could insert miniature pictures, (maybe even that look like the arrows, or whatever) in the cells that have Validation...........they could even trigger macros if desired.

Sorry, that is not possible with validation dropdown lists. You'd have to use ActiveX combo boxes for that but those are less convenient.

goto special, select Data Validation, then apply a "special" color to those cells to identify where they are. There's not a direct way to do what you want with data validation. Another thought is to insert a comment into each data validation cell so you'd see the red triangle as another indicator -- the comment itself could be empty or contains the text "Data Validation" or whatever you want.
