In order to help, we really need to know what version of Word you have. See http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/management/what-version-of-word-do-i-have.html for tips on how to determine this.

If you're using Word 2007 or 2010 (the versions with the Ribbon), then there are no more wizards, but you will find many résumé templates in the New Document dialog.

    • In Word 2007, go to Office Button | New. If you choose Installed Templates, you'll find résumés in the Equity, Median, Oriel, Origin, and many other themes. Or you can click "New resume samples" or "Resumes and CVs" under Microsoft Office Online.
    • In Word 2010, go to File | New and choose "Sample Templates" under Home or "New resume samples or "Resumes and CVs" under Office.com Templates.

Note that both versions offer both job-specific and situation-specific résumé templates.
