There shouldn't be issues but as a precaution you could export them for safe keeping then after clean install or whatever you could easily import them again.

if I disable Hyper-V in windows feature, then re-enable Hyper-V again at a later time , will my Hyper-V VM's still be intact or they would get deleted or corrupted ??

It won't delete the VMs but they might disappear in the Hyper-V Manager. In that case you may have to reconfigure or re-import the VMs. It's best not to store VMs in the default folders. You could place/move each VM into a separate folder. Then re-import the VM by selecting the folder to be imported in Hyper-V Manager. That should work fine.
