Although Shift+F3 will give you several options (the ones Word thinks are most likely), to get a full selection, use Format | Change Case.

Hi,
I would like to know if there is a way to change text from being in capitals to lower case, without having to re-write what you have written.
For example, If I highlighted the text in capitals and hit the caps lock key it would change to lower case and vice versa. Also for things like internet would be really useful and time saving.
If there is no easy way of doing this I would highly recommend Microsoft make this happen - it would save people so much time.

In Word, select the text, then use the Toggle Case command (Shift+F3) until you get the desired result.
