We really do need to know the version to give you detailed instructions.

In general, what you want to do is modify the style or paragraph that you are using to add the space after attribute.

    • Right click on the paragraph,
    • select "Paragraph" command to display the "Paragraph" dialog box.
    • 2/3 of the way down the "Indents and Spacing" tab there is a section labeled "Spacing".
    • Change "After" to 6pt.

Once you have applied the change to a paragraph, all new para's created with the cursor in that one will have the same attribute.

Which application - Microsoft Word? If so, you need to set the Spacing After in the Paragraph dialog, not the Line spacing (that is for the space between lines within a paragraph).

    Otherwise, please specify the application.
