I am trying to set up a postcard mailing with Microsoft Word and I just want to print on one side, and then place a return address on the other.  I have regular 81/2 X 11 in card stock.  So I would like to have 4 cards from each sheet.

    1. In the Labels dialog, click Options (how you arrive at the dialog will depend on what version of Word you're using).
    2. In the Label Options dialog, select Avery Standard.
    3. Scroll down to Avery stock number 3263 - Post Card and select it.
    4. Click OK.
    5. Click New Document.
    6. The document will be laid out as a 2 x 2 table, so make sure you have table gridlines displayed so you can see the cell boundaries.
    7. Set up one cell as desired for a single postcard.
    8. Select the cell and Copy.
    9. Select the table and Paste; this will paste the copied content into each of the four cards.
    10. Print as many copies as required on one side of the cards.
    11. Follow the same process to create another document for the reverse side and print it to the other side of the cards.

If by "mailing," you mean you want to create a mail merge, then the process is similar except that you will use the Mail Merge Helper or Mail Merge Wizard to insert static text and merge fields in your postcards. As long as you need only a return address on the reverse, you'll be fine; where you would come to grief would be in trying to match up, say, personalized messages on one side with individual addresses on the reverse side.

Okay, I am using Avery 8387 postcards. When I select New Document the cursor is placed halfway down the card and I cannot move it up to enter text at the top of the card. Why not?

Don't understand this at all...what is a cell that she is talking about? How do I select it and where do I copy it to? Makes no sense.
