need to recover data from cells accidentally delted within an Excel File after Saving in Excel 2003.

I was working within tabs in Excel 2003.  I thought I copied 107 rows of data (although I accidentally copied).  I pasted them into a new tab, and deleted 100 of those rows I did not need and saved.  When I went back to my original tab, I realized I had not copied the original data, but cut it and now I have lost all my data in those 107 original rows.  I have not been able to reocver anything, do not have a backup, cannot undo, cannot find any other way to recover the data.  The clipboard is empty since after I saved, the cache was cleared.

    Hi,

If as i suspect you saved using the original filename then the news I'm afraid is very bad indeed. Your data are gone. the only hope you have is if you mailed the file to someone then there may be a copy in your sent items.
