how to make a reusable template, which after each time  you use it you can save it.

Create a document with the styles, macros, and content that you want.

Then click File | Save As. If your document contains macros, save it as a Word Macro-enabled Template (.dotm), otherwise as a Word Template (.dotx). Word should automatically switch to your user templates folder when you select these file types.

After saving and closing your template, you can create new documents based on it: click File | New, then My Templates.
