I am trying to figure out to draw a double line (like RR tracks) in Word. In PowerPointl, you can Format Shape | Line Stype | Compound type and choose double lines. You can do something similar in Excel, but I can't figure out how to do it in Word.
Thanks.

On the Insert tab, click Shapes, and then choose the shape that you want.

This is actually a simple solution. Go to the underline and click on the arrow next to it. There will be a double line that pops up.

This is not helpful as the double line/railroad track lines in not a choice.
Are you adding borders to a paragraph, table cell or text box?
My previous suggestion in this thread (in 2011) was to create shapes, but that wouldn't apply if you are modifying a border, of course.
