I had an application/vnd.ms-powerpoint sent to me by a friend but my windows media player cannot read this type of file {.pps}

Hi,

PPS are PowerPoint Files which is part of Microsoft Office. You can use the PowerPoint Viewer to

be able to run them for viewing.

    This forum is for feedback for the forums site, not technical questions.

    WMP is not supposed to play pps files. You need a PowerPoint viewer to open it.
