Word 2010 - Label .doc and .dot print blank pages

Word printing works just fine for all except for a label document I've been using for quite some time. All of a sudden it prints as a blank page. It also shows up blank in print preview and when printed to a PDF. I just downloaded a label template, TS001012946.dot, from Microsoft and same thing happened! Options\Advanced\Print only the data from a form is unchecked.

I've also looked at the Word 2010 Prints Blank Pages With No Text thread.

Some option got checked or unchecked? A Microsoft update screwed something up?

??????????

Thanks

Mark

It sounds like the font may be formatted as hidden.  Use Ctrl+A to select everything and then on the Home tab of the ribbon, click on the dialog launcher in the Font section of the ribbon and in the Font dialog, make sure that the Hidden box is not checked in the  Effects section of the dialog.

    Hope this helps.

I went through http://support.microsoft.com/kb/826845 and had no difficulties.

I copied the same label document to a WinXP machine with Word 2003. It printed perfectly!

    Thanks

    Doug

    Hidden wasn't checked.

Earlier today, I copied 3 cropped print screens into a blank document, 1 to a page, and added a few lines of text to 2 of the pages, then printed the document. The graphics printed just fine, but the text was missing. The text was also not displayed in Print Preview. I just tried to duplicate that situation but couldn't. Sigh... About to R/R Office.

    Thanks

    Mark
